The pool and spa are open for your enjoyment from 8:00am - 10:00pm.
When are the HOA board meetings held?
West Bluff Hills HOA board meetings are held monthly by Zoom and/or call in. See the Events page for dates and time. Homeowners may attend and speak during Open Forum.
Where do I get an architectural application to make changes to my unit?
The form is available on this website under the "Documents" tab or you may contact Professional Community Management, Carlsbad, CA.
What is the parking policy?
The West Bluff Hills parking policy is located on this website under the "Documents" tab.
Vehicles in violation of the parking policy may be towed by Western Towing.
How do I report a service/maintenance request?
Owners may log on to the TownSq app and report a nonemergency maintenance request.
I have a large/bulk trash removal. What do I do?
Please do not leave your large/bulky trash pick-up sitting next to the trash bin. For removal, please call 760-332-6464 or email CarlsbadService@RepublicServices.com to schedule a trash removal pick-up.
Acceptable items: furniture, appliances, TV/Monitors, E Waste.
Items NOT accepted: hazardous waste, tires, construction/demo debris, wood pallets, sinks/bathtub.
