-New washers and dryers will be installed in the laundry rooms March 10,11, 2026.​ They will no longer accept coin/cash.

-West Bluff Hills HOA is currently being managed by Professional Community Management, Carlsbad.

​

-The Carlsbad No Smoking housing ordinance went is in effect.  Smoking, vaping and cannabis are prohibited at West Bluff Hills in:  unit, garage, patio/balcony, common area.  West Bluff Hills does not have a designated smoking area and is a smoke-free property.

-Please remember to lock your vehicles and take your valuables with you.  All vehicles on the property are required to have current registration displayed on the license plate.​
