-New washers and dryers will be installed in the laundry rooms March 2026.​

-West Bluff Hills HOA is currently being managed by Professional Community Management, Carlsbad.

-The Carlsbad No Smoking housing ordinance went into effect January 1, 2025.  Smoking, vaping and cannabis are prohibited at West Bluff Hills in:  unit, garage, patio/balcony, common area.  West Bluff Hills does not have a designated smoking area and is a smoke-free property.

-Please remember to lock your vehicles and take your valuables with you.  Our patrol company is conducting random nightly security patrols.  All vehicles on the property are required to have current registration displayed on the license plate.
