-West Bluff Hills HOA is managed by Professional Community Management, Carlsbad.

-The Carlsbad No Smoking housing ordinance went is in effect.  Smoking, vaping and cannabis are prohibited at West Bluff Hills in:  unit, garage, patio/balcony, common area.  West Bluff Hills does not have a designated smoking area and is a smoke-free property.

-Please remember to lock your vehicles and take your valuables with you.  All vehicles on the property are required to have current registration displayed on the license plate.  Vehicles on the property without current registration are subject to being towed.​
